媒體指引 Media Guidelines
◆會場內不可拍照、錄影、錄音。
◇Photo taking, video recording, and audio recording are not allowed.
◆為滿足報導的實際需求,媒體可於歡迎致詞(場次A)、主題演講(場次B及場次F),以及總結討論(場次K)期間,在不妨礙會議進行的前提下向講台方向拍照。任何照片的畫面均不應包括台下的與會者。
◇ To meet the practical needs for reporting, still photos in the direction of the podium are allowed during the Welcome Speech (session A), keynote speeches (session B and session F), and Concluding Discussion (session K), as long as they do not interfere with the progress of the meeting. Any photographs taken should not include attendees in the audience.
◆如欲採訪主題演講(場次B及場次F)以及總結討論(場次K)的講者,請先與主辦單位聯繫,以便統籌。
◇If you wish to interview the speakers of the Keynote Speeches (session B and session F) or Concluding Discussion (session K), please contact the organizers first for better coordination.
◆ 分場論文發表(場次C、場次D、場次E、場次G,以及場次H)期間不可拍照,不可錄影,不可錄音。
◇ Photo taking, video recording, and audio recording are not allowed at paper presentations (session C, D, E, G, and H).
◆ 如欲向與會者進行錄影採訪,應在取得被訪者同意後,於會場外進行。錄影畫面應避免包括其他與會者。
◇ If you wish to conduct videotaped interviews with attendees, you should obtain the consent of the interviewees and conduct them outside the venue. Inclusion of other attendees in the video recordings should be avoided.
◆研討會按照 Chatham House 規則進行。與會者可自由使用在會議中獲得的訊息,但不得透露演講者、其他與會者的身份與所屬機構。
◇The seminar is held under the Chatham House Rule. Participants are free to use the information received during the meeting, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s) or any other participant(s) may be revealed
◆若違反以上規定,主辦單位有權請您離開。
◇If the above rules are violated, the organizers reserve the right to ask you to leave.
