住宿須知 Accommodation Guidelines
我們提供臺灣講者（限工作地、就學地於台北市以外）提供兩晚住宿（12月3日與4日），為海外演講者提供三晚住宿（12月3日、4日與5日），住宿地點分別位於：
We provide two nights of accommodation (December 3rd and 4th) for speakers from Taiwan (limited to those whose place of work or study is outside Taipei City), and three nights of accommodation (December 3rd, 4th, and 5th) for overseas speakers. The accommodation locations are as follows:

注意事項 Instructions
◆ 住宿提供沐浴乳、洗髮精，為響應環保，未提供一次性備品（牙刷、梳子、刮鬍刀、浴帽、香皂及紙拖鞋），請住宿人自行攜帶。◇ Shower gel and shampoo are provided. However, in an effort to promote environmental sustainability, some accommodations do not provide disposable amenities (such as toothbrushes, combs, razors, shower caps, soap, and disposable slippers). We kindly ask guests to bring these items themselves.
◆ 我們於活動期間每日提供住宿者早餐乙份，請自行至活動會場報到處領取。
◇ A complimentary breakfast is provided daily for guests during the event. Please pick it up at the registration desk at the event venue.
◆ 入住與退房時間請參考各飯店規定。若住宿人有提前入住、延後退房等需求，皆須自行與飯店聯繫。
◇ Please refer to each hotel's specific policies for check-in and check-out times. Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.
◆ 本次將為每位有住宿的發表人安排飯店來往研討會會場的交通接駁車，敬請各位發表人參考會議手冊，留意時間安排，逾時不侯。
◇ We have arranged transportation for speakers staying at the designated hotel. Please review the timetable in your handbook. We kindly ask you to be punctual, as the shuttle operates on a strict schedule.
